Nagomi Visit

We had a wonderful time with a family from Seattle last evening. As we are one of the hosts of Home visiting, the family visited my home to have dinner together.

Nagomi Visit which is Non-profit Organization and operates the program provide a opportunity for local people to enjoy meeting tourists to Japan and also, to help foreigners who visited Japan.

A family of 3 from seattle, my brother and us, in total 6 people enjoyed talking about several things in Japan and in Seattle. I was very happy to welcome them to my home.

昨晩はアメリカのシアトルから来たご家族と楽しい時間を過ごしました！
私たちはNagomi Visitのホストとなっているので、外国人の方が家に夕食を食べに来てくれました。

これは、NPO法人であるNagomi Visitによって運営されており、私たちのような地元の人が外国人観光客と会ったり、観光客が日本の一般的な家庭の食事を体験する機会を造ってくれる、とっても素敵なプログラムです。

昨日のメニューは上記の通り。海外の方でも親しみやすい日本食にしました☆
イチバン人気は鳥の照り焼きでした。

アメリカからの三人の家族、兄、私たち２人の計６名で日本の事やシアトルの事をたくさん話しました。とても素敵な時間でした！
